脑心通与消心痛联用治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察附:60例病例报告

目的:观察脑心通与消心痛联用治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择符合条件的冠心病病人共60例,随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。两组病人均常规口服消心痛10 mg,每日3次,治疗组加用脑心通3片,每日3次,疗程为4周,观察治疗前后两组病人心绞痛及伴随症状、心电图及血脂改善情况。结果:治疗组在心绞痛、伴随症状、心电图及血脂变化方面显效率明显高于对照组,两组疗效后比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通与消心痛联用能较好缓解冠心病病人的心绞痛及伴随症状,改善心肌缺血及血脂情况。

Therapeutic Effect of Naoxintong Capsule and Isosorbide Dinitrate on CoronaryHeartDisease AnginaPectoris Attachment of 60 Cases Report

Objective: To observe the effect of Naoxintong Capsule and Isosorbide Dinitrate in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients.Methods:60 patients of coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups which thetreatment group and the matched control group.Allpatients was given 10 microgram of Isosorbide Dinitrate tid,the threatment group add the Naoxintong Capsule 3 Capsules tid for succesives four weeks.To observe the changes of angina pectoris,concomitant symptom,electrocardiogram,,blood-fat before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group was more effective than the control group in improving angina pectoris,concomitant symptom,electrocardiogram and blood-fat.There was a significant difference between before and after therapeutic(P<0.05).Conclusion: Naoxintong Capsule and Isosorbide Dinitrate can effectively improve angina pectoris ,concomitant symptom,nyolardial ischemia and blood-fat.
