血清AFP阳性肝癌患者HBV感染状况及其临床意义

目的 :分析血清AFP阳性和阴性的PHC患者HBV感染状况及其临床意义。方法 :以ELISA法检测HBV五项标志物 ,RIA法检测AFP。以卡方检验进行统计学处理。结果 :AFP阳性组PHC患者抗 -HBs检出率显著低于AFP阴性组 (P <0 .0 2 5 ) ,而抗 -HBc检出率显著高于AFP阴性组 (P <0 .0 1)。PHC患者HBVM模式共有 19种 ,其中具有传染性的四种常见模式AFP阳性组占 2 0 3 /2 48(71.48% ) ,AFP阴性组占 2 0 /3 2 (62 .5 0 % )。结论 :PHC患者常伴有HBV复制活跃 ,其中AFP阳性者更甚。在治疗过程中 ,应加强保肝、抗病毒治疗。

HBV Infection Status and Its Significance in PHC Patients with Positive AFP

Objective:HBV infection status and clinical significance were analysed in 316 cases of PHC patients with positive AFP and negative AFP. Methods:Five HBV markers were detected by ELISA and AFP was detected by RIA. The data were studied in statistics.Results:The detection rate of anti-HBs in PHC patients group with positive AFP is significantly lower than that with negative AFP(P<0.025), while the rate of anti-HBc in AFP-positive group was significantly higher than that in negative group(P<0.01). There were 19 HBVM models in PHC patients, and the positivity of four common infectious models was 71.48%(203/284) in AFP-positive group and the 62.50%(20/32) in AFP-negative group.Conclusions:PHC patients are often accompanied by active HBV replication, particularly in those patients with positive AFP. In the course of PHC clinical treatment, we should pay more attention to the risk of cross-infection, the liver protection and anti-virus therapy.
