| 摘 要： | 干槽症是拔牙后常见并发症之一，以下颌第三磨牙多见，国外报道发病率为1％～30％，国内为4％～10％。目前，拔牙前后常使用抗生素，以预防干槽症的发生。为避免抗生素对人体的不良反应及耐药菌株的产生，笔者尝试局部应用新净界替代口服抗生素，并对二者进行了比较。
