| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍一种治疗胫骨下段骨折的内固定方法 ,并观察其临床应用效果。方法 2 3例胫骨下段骨折患者 ,其中 8例为开放性骨折 ,8例有内侧软组织挫伤 ,均行MAY解剖型钢板内固定 ,术后获 3～ 7个月的随访观察。结果 2 3例患者伤口均一期愈合 ,1例需行局部皮瓣转移 ,3个月时骨折愈合良好 ,无骨折不愈合及钢板断裂等发生。结论 MAY解剖型钢板对于治疗胫骨下段骨折 ,尤其是合并有内侧软组织损伤者 ,是较好的选择
