A型肉毒毒素治疗肝豆状核变性所致严重扭转痉挛的近期疗效观察

目的观察国产A型肉毒毒素治疗肝豆状核变性所致的严重扭转痉挛的近期疗效。方法选取严重扭转痉挛的该病患者32例,在驱铜治疗的同时,对扭转痉挛肢体的肌腹多点分层深部注射A型肉毒毒素,并用Ashworth量表评定扭转痉挛严重程度。结果 32例患者治疗前后Ashworth量表评分：治疗前3.56±0.50,治疗后2.06±0.76,疗后明显减轻（P（0.01）。治疗后显效18例（56.25%）,好转14例（43.75%）,有效率100%。6例患者被注射的肢体出现短期轻度肌无力,仅1例患者注射后出现晕厥反应。结论该疗法操作简单、疗效确切、不良反应少,可以明显减轻患者痛苦。
