| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分析新版医生工作站在时限监控设计中存在的不足。方法：根据2002年国家卫生部和国家中医管理局颁布的《病历书写基本规范（试行）》为依据，以医院实际运行的数据为基础进行分析和讨论。结果：通过对时限监控数据的分析，发现在医疗管理中所存在的问题？结论：时限质量监控指标体系是评价医疗环节质量的关键内容之一，加强时限监控是提高病历质量的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the insufficiency in time limit monitoring of new edition doctor workstation of HIS.Methods: According to the Basic Criterion of the Medical Record,collect and analyze the basic data of hospital operation.Results: The author found the problems of medical management through the analysis of time limit monitoring data.Conclusion: The quality index system of time limit monitoring is a key point of medical quality,and strengthening the time limit monitoring can enhance the quality of medical record. |
