| 摘 要： | 目的研究荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物的测定方法。方法紫外分光光度法在510 nm处测定。结果建立了回归方程C(μg/m l)=2.541 61 83.286 26A,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均加标回收率为100.82%(RSD=1.59%)。测定荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物含量为7.13%。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于测定荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物的含量。 |
