ICU护士专业能力及影响因素的现象学研究

目的 了解目前ICU护士的专业能力状况及其影响因素，为探讨有效提高ICU护士专业能力的继续教育模式提供参考依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法，对15名ICU护士、5名ICU医生进行半结构式深度访谈。对访谈资料的文本登录、三级编码、类属分析，提炼主题。结果 提练出4个主题，分别为：较高的专业能力期待；现实与期待的差距；继续教育原因；专业发展氛围原因。结论 目前ICU护士专业能力发展受到主、客观多种因素的影响，护理教育者应改进继续教育内容和方式，探索有效的ICU专科培训模式，同时护理管理者应运用激励机制，创设有利于ICU护士专业成长的氛围，促进其专业能力提高。

Phenomenon research about the special skills of ICU nurses and relative factors

Objective To study the special skills of ICU nurses, and then analyzed the factors which related the special skills. Methods Using the phenomenon research method to interview 5 ICU doctors and i5 ICU nurses, analyzed the interview results deeply. Results Four topics were refined from the interview datum, they were better expection of special skills, the distance between the practice and the expection, reasons of secondary special education and the atmosphere of special development, Conclusions The special skills of ICU nurses were influenced by several factors, so the nursing educators should according to the present condition to make out relative secondary special education and relative training pattern, and then using certain encourging mechanism to improve the special skills of ICU nurses.
