| 摘 要： | 目的探讨强化训练模式对实习护生临床护理知识掌握情况的效果。方法打破传统的基础和专科护理知识教学方法和临床理论知识训练方法,建立基础护理和专科护理题库;对2届400名实习护生采用三阶梯练习方法,强化训练临床护理知识,并对强化训练效果进行分析。结果护生经过新的临床护理知识强化训练模式练习后,及格率逐步提高,及格率由5%升至入院时的85%,并有效节约了教学人力。结论对实习护生采取临床护理知识强化训练模式,缩短了临床护士成长周期,使之适应新军事变革和现代医院发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to know the effect on clininical nursing knowledge of clinical nursing students by intensive training pattern. Methods Set up systemic testing warehouse without traditional teaching methods, 3-step intensive training pattern was used among 400 clinical nursing students, and then evaluated the teaching effects through the testing warehouse. Results The passing rate among the clinical nursing students was improved gradually, from 5% to 85%, while the teaching manpower was saved greatly. Conclusion Intensive training pattern can effectively improve the master of clinical nursing knowledge among clinical nursing students, and then shorten their educational cycle and fit the requirement of medical development. |
