心电监护波形识别技术临床教学方法的研究与应用

摘    要:目的探索一种短期内使广大临床护士快速掌握心电监护波形识别技术的教学方法。方法将学历、年龄相似的临床护士分3期,以传统教学法、多媒体图片课件教学法、局域网创新课件教学法3种方法分别进行带教和培训。3种方法的课程讲解由同一人完成,学习结束后测试。在3批试卷中分别随机抽取40份试卷,比较3种方法的教学效果。结果局域网创新课件教学法效果优于多媒体图片课件教学法及传统教学法,3者比较差异有统计学意义。结论局域网创新课件教学法可有效提高心电监护波形的识别的教学效果,应予以推广。

Abstract:Objective In order to make out a kind of teaching method for nursing students to identify electrocardiogram. Methods Taught three groups of nursing students by internet teaching method, multimedia teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively, and then compared the effects by examination. Results The teaching effects by internet teaching method was significantly better than those of by multimedia and traditional teaching method. Conclusion Internet teaching method can effectively improve the electrocardiogram diagnoses ability for nursing students, which should be widened in teaching.
