| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脾脏肿瘤的ＣＴ表现。材料与方法：搜集３０例经病理和临床证实的脾脏肿瘤的ＣＴ资料，包括脾原发恶性淋巴瘤４例，恶性淋巴瘤浸润３例，脾血管肉瘤１例，脾转移瘤１５例，脾淋巴管瘤３例，脾血管瘤３例，脾错构瘤１例。均作ＣＴ平扫及增强检查。结果：ＣＴ对脾脏肿瘤的发现率极高，对病变的大小、形态、密度及周围组织脏器的显示较其他影像学检查更准确。结论：ＣＴ对脾脏肿瘤有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study CT findings of splenic tumor. Materials and Methods: Plain and enhanced CT scanning were performed in 30 patients with pathologically proved splenic tumor, which included primary splenic malignant lymphoma ( n =4), splenic involvement due to malignant lymphoma ( n =3), hemangiosarcoma (WT5BXn =1), splenic metastases ( n =15), lymphangioma ( n =3), hemangioma ( n =3), hamartoma ( n =1). Results: CT scan could easily detect splenic tumors, and could well demonstrate the size, shape, density of the lesion and the surrounding structures as well. Conclusion: CT is very helpful in the diagnosing of splenic tumor. |
