摘    要:目的:研究不同撞击参数与下颌骨应力分布间的数量关系.方法:利用有限元法对下颌骨各结构进行不同撞击参数下的受力分析;应用多元回归方法,对影响应力分布的撞击速度、撞击质量、撞击部位三种撞击参数进行统计分析.结果:总体上讲.在影响下颌骨受力的撞击参数中,撞击速度的作用最显著,其次为撞击质量和撞击部位其中颏部、下颌角、髁状突等结构的应力水平受撞击部位的影响较大.结论:对下颌骨在撞击作用下的受力情况进行多元回归分析,可以定性和定量反映各参数对应力贡献的大小,为下颌骨损伤评判提供参考依据.

Abstract:AIM: To analyze the quantitative relation of impact parameters and the stress distribution of mandibular.METHODS: The finite element method was used to analyzethe stress of mandibular under various impact parameters andthe multivariate regress method was used to analyze the impact velocity. mass and position which influence the stressdistribution. RESULTS: As a whole, impact velocity is themost important fact that influence the stress of mandibular.Next were impact mass and impact position which distinctlyinfluence the stress level of chin, angle and condyle. CONCLUSION: That analysis the mandibular stress with multivariate regress method could quantitatively and qualitativelyreflect the relation of impact parameters with stress level,which could provide a reference to judge the injury degree ofmandibular.
