| 摘 要： | 目的观察尼莫地平治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效。方法回顾检索30例采用尼莫地平治疗的椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床资料。结果显著好转率为26．67％，好转率为70％，无效率为3．33％。结论尼莫地平可能是冶疗椎基底动脉供血不足的有效药物，有进一步进行大样本临床随机对照试验的必要。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Nimodipine for the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency. METHODS 30 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were observed retrospectively. RESULTS The markedly effective rate was 26.67% , The effective rate was 70% and the ineffective rate was 3.33%. CONCLUSION Nimodipine may be an effective medicine for the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency. It is necessary to carry out large sample size of randomized control trials (RCTs) to further ascertain the effect of this drug. |
