从进口冷冻海鱼中检出O157∶H7大肠杆菌的报告

摘    要:本文报道了98年12月,我们采用快速抗原检测方法和Vidas-酶联免疫荧光方法等方法,从进口的冷冻海鱼中分离检出一株O157∶H7大肠杆菌。该菌株与许多资料报道的O157∶H7大肠杆菌存在明显不同之处,其快速发酵山梨醇、发酵鼠李糖,不发酵棉子糖、卫茅醇,MUG试验阳性。因此,我们在日常的检验工作中应结合血清学等多种检测方法综合作出判断。

Abstract:A strain of Escherichia coli O157H7 was isolated from imported freezed sea fish, using rapid antigen test, mini-Vidas enzyme linked immunofluorescent test and others in December, 1998. Some different charactersticts were found between this strain and those described in a variety of publications. It could ferment rhamnose and sorbitol rapidly, but could not ferment raffinose, melampyrin and MUG test was positive. So, other methods such as serologyical test should be used in our routine surveillance.
