羟苯磺酸钙联合奥美沙坦应用对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的影响

目的分析探讨羟苯磺酸钙联合奥美沙坦应用对糖尿病肾病的蛋白尿临床效果。方法将2012—02／2013-01月之间就诊于作者医院的糖尿病肾病伴蛋白尿病人50例，随机划分为观察组（25例）和对照组（25例）。对照组进行奥美沙坦等降血糖、降血脂、降血压等一般治疗，观察组在对照组基础上添加羟苯磺酸钙治疗。对比两组治疗前后患者的24h尿白蛋白排泄率（urinary albumin excretion rates,UAER）、单核细胞趋化蛋白1（monocyte chemotactic protein 1, MCP-1）、尿α1-微球蛋白（urinary α1-microglobulin，α1—MG）。结果两组24hUAER治疗前后比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。比较治疗后组间的不同，观察组比对照组的24hUAER下降更为明显，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗总有效率为88％，较对照组68％高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合奥美沙坦应用对糖尿病肾病的蛋白尿有良好疗效，安全有效，值得推广。

Effect of Combination Calcium Dobesilate and Olmesartan Therapy on Proteinuria in Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyse the effect of combination calcium dobesilate and olmesartan therapy on proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 50 diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria from February 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group （25 cases） and control group （25 cases）. Control group obtained regular treatment, including olmesartan and other hypoglycemic hypotensive treatment. The observation group were added tredted with calcium dobesilate. The 24-hour urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, monocyte chemotactic protein 1 （MCP-1）, urinary α1-microglobulin （α1-MG） of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The 24-hour UAER of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the 24-hour UAER in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 88% in the observation group which was higher that in the control group （68 %） （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined calcium dobesilate and olmesartan therapy on proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy has good curative effect, is safe and effective, and worthy of being generalized.
