| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了２例急性硬脊膜外脓肿临床表现特点，对疑似病例及早做硬膜外腔式穿，获取脓汁可为早期诊断提供直观证据。在完成瘫痪３６小时内进行椎板减压引流术，是抢救病人和促使神经功能恢复的关键。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we discussed the clinical manifestation of 2 cases of patients with acute spinoepidural abscess. It showed that the suspected cases of the patients with the disease shoud be gotten a trial spinoepidural puncture as early as possible.The pura could provide direct evident for the early diag-nosis. It was the key to rescuing the patients' lives and restoring the spinal functions that adopted decompression and drainage within 36 hours after complete paralysis. |
