| 摘 要： | 目的：了解口腔鳞癌（OSCC）组织中环氧合酶-2（COX-2）的表达情况,并探讨其与肿瘤发展和转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测40例OSCC和14例正常口腔黏膜中COX-2的表达,分析其表达和临床指标的关系。结果：OSCC中COX-2的表达显著高于正常口腔黏膜组（P〈0.01）,其阳性表达率分别为70.00%和14.29%;在OS-CC中的表达Ⅲ～Ⅳ期病例显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期病例（p〈0.05）,有淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组（p〈0.05）。结论：本研究表明在OSCC中COX-2的高表达参与了肿瘤的生长和转移,但具体机制及其在OSCC预后、治疗中的意义还需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)protein in oral squamous-cell carcinoma(OSCC). Method:The expression of COX-2 protein was detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method in tissue specimens of 40 cases of human OSSS,14 cases of normal oral mucosa,and then the relationship between the expression of COX-2 protein and the clinical indexes were analyzed. Result:the positive rate of COX-2 protein over expression in OSCC was 70.00%,which was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa(14.29%;P<0.01). The over expression of COX-2 protein was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion:The up-expression of COX-2 protein might have promoting effects to the growth and metastasis of OSCC;however the potential mechanism and significance of COX-2 protein in the prognosis and treatment in OSCC still need further research. |
