体外反搏联合高压氧治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效分析

目的：观察体外反搏联合高压氧治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：选择符合诊断标准的患者共148例，随机分为对照组76例，给予西药常规治疗；治疗组72例，在西药对照组常规治疗的基础上，加用体外反搏联合高压氧治疗，每日1次。两组疗程均为15d。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，治疗组心绞痛与心电图改善总有效率为95．13％、81．18％，对照组分别为75．92％、53．23％。经统计学处理，P〈0．05。结论：体外反搏联合高压氧治疗配合西药综合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

Analyse the efficacy of external counterpulsation combined with Hyperbaric Oxygenation in treating patients with angina pectoris

Objective：To observe the efficacy of external eounterpulsation combined with Hyperbaric Oxygenation in treating patients with angina pectoris. Methods： 148 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （76 cases） were only treated with the routine and the treatment group （72 cases） were treated qd with external counterpulsation combined with Hyperbaric Oxygenation additionally. The course lasted 14 days. Results ：In comparison, the total efficacy rate of angina pectoris and the electrocardiogram （ECG） were 94.44% and 80.56% in the treatment group, 76.32% and 52.63% in the control group respectively. There was significant difference between two groups by statistical analysis （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of external counterpulsation combined with Hyperbaric Oxygenation in treating patients with angina pectoris is excellent.
