| 摘 要： | "戾气学说"本源于《黄帝内经》。历代医家以"非其时而有其气"的六淫邪气为致疫之由,虽未出《内经》之藩篱,但未免偏颇。而自清代医家吴有性创立了瘟疫病因学说—"戾气学说",诸多学者和医家皆认为"戾气学说"已经完全脱离了《内经》,是一种全新创造性的病源学说。诚如医家能伏案细研《瘟疫论》一书,即便以一己之见,亦能明了吴氏乃依据《内经》的理论,才有此振聋发聩之声。对中医病因学中的"戾气学说"溯本求源,以求同道斧正。

| Abstract: | Eqidemic Causative Factors is stemmed from the Huangdi Neijing. The previous generations of chinese medicine doctors take ＂ Liu Yin Xie qi＂ as the cause of plague for grated. This opinion has not gone out of the scope of NeiJing, but rather biased. Youxing Wu, a chinese medicine doctor born in Qing Dynasty, founded ＂Epidemic Causative Factors＂. Many scholars and physicians beleve Wu$ ＂Epidemic Causative Fac- tors＂ has been completely divoreced from NeiJing and opened up a new etiology. This article ainmed to trace the origin of ＂Li Qi Theory＂ and open for any criticisms form all the physician colleagues. |
