《护理技术》教学中加强护生人际沟通能力培养的做法

目的加强护生人际沟通能力的培养,以适应现代护理的需要。方法通过明确培养目标、制定培养细则、修订技能考核评分标准、巧用授课方法对护生加强培养。结果训练后护生的人际交往沟通能力增强(P<0.05)。结论加强护生语言、体态语言及情商的培养,可提高其人际沟通能力。

The means of enhancing nursing students' ability of interpersonal communication in the course of "nursing techniques"

Objective To enhance the cultivation of nursing students' ability of interpersonal communication and help them to adapt to the demands of modern nursing.Methods The following measures were carried out,such as making clear of the aims of education,establishing detailed rules of experiment,revising the evaluation standards of techniques examination,and applying various teaching methods appropriately to strengthen the cultivation of nursing students' ability of interpersonal communication.Result As a result,the nursing students' ability of interpersonal communication was improved significantly((P<0.05).)Conclusion Strengthening the cultivation of nursing students' language,body language and emotional quotient was helpful to improve their ability of interpersonal communication.
