护患沟通障碍原因分析及防范措施

摘    要:目的:探讨临床护理工作中护患沟通障碍的原因和防范措施。方法:对313例具有自理能力的住院患者进行问卷调查,了解10项主要护患沟通内容的结果,并了解患者对护患沟通的满意度。结果:调查结果标明,患者入院时护理人员能够主动、热情介绍病区情况及住院须知(51.12%),对患者的病情能够交代清楚(50.16%),在为患者进行各种技术操作时会解释治疗目的及注意事项(51.12%),能够认真倾听患者的疑问并耐心解释及协助解决(51.44%),会询问和关心患者住院期间的感受(50.48%),患者信任自己的主管护理人员(50.80%)。但护理人员也存在未对患者使用尊称(50.80%)、在检查和治疗操作过程中未与患者沟通(53.04%)、专业知识和操作技术水平欠缺(52.08%)、未能注意保护患者隐私(52.08%)的问题。96例(30.67%)患者对护患沟通非常满意,153例(48.88%)认为护理服务有欠缺,64例(20.45%)非常不满意。结论:护理人员应认识到护患沟通的重要性,努力提高业务水平,强化护患沟通意识,完善护患沟通技巧,同时注重提高自身素质与修养,营造良好的护患关系。
