| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氨氯地平结合生活方式干预治疗轻中度高血压患者的疗效.方法:将164例轻中度高血压患者随机分为实验组84例和对照组80例,两组均口服氨氯地平5 mg/d,晨起顿服,实验组同时进行生活方式干预,12周后观察其疗效.结果:12周后实验组血压达标率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),且患者生活方式改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:氨氯地平辅以生活方式干预对治疗轻中度高血压作用更加明显.
