| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨评估肾细胞癌预后因素的指标。方法:应用免疫组化方法对60例肾癌组织进行CD44v6和p16蛋白检测。结果:在肾癌细胞中CD44v6和p16蛋白表达阳性率分别为66.7%和51.7%。肾细胞癌分级、分期和淋巴结转移与CD44v6高表达和p16低表达相关(P<0.05);CD44v6表达与p16表达呈负相关(r=-0.43,P<0.01)。结论:CD44v6高表达和p16低表达,对判断肾细胞癌恶性程度、预测淋巴结转移有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the prognostic predictor for renal cell carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical method were used to detect the expression of CD44v6 and p16 protein in 60 cases of renal cell carcinoma.Results:The positive rate of CD44v6 and p16 were 66.7 % and 51.7 % respectively. Histologic grading,clnical staging and metastases potential of renal cell carcinoma were correlated with the high level expression of CD44v6 and the low level expression of p16(P< 0.05 ),respectively.The expression of CD44v6 was negativly correlated with the expression of p16(P< 0.01 , r= -0.43 ).Conclusions:These results suggest that the high level expression of CD44v6 and the low level expression of p16 might be a good indicator in evaluating differentiation of tumors and in predicting lymph nodes metastases. |
