掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床分析

目的 探讨锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2005年2月～2010年12月应用锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折55例的临床资料.按AO/ASIF分型:C1型28例,C2型17例,C3型10例.均为闭合性新鲜骨折.结果 所有患者术后获得8～15个月,平均12个月的随诊.均骨性愈合,平均愈合时间9周.按Gartland/werley腕关节评分:优32例,良10例,可12例,差1例;优良率为76.4％.结论 应用锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折有利于骨折复位,为维持桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角提供持续、坚强的固定,具有良好的临床疗效.

Clinical analysis of volar locking compression plate for treatment of distal radius comminuted fractures

Objective To observe the treatment outcomes of locking compression plate for treating severely comminuted distal radius fracture.Methods 55 cases of severely comminuted distal radius fracture treated with locking compression plate from February 2005 to December 2010 were retrospectively analysed.Age was 32 to 67 years,on average,55 years old.According to AO/ASIF classification,there were 28 cases of type C1 fractures,17 type C2 fractures,and 10 type C3 fractures.All were closed fresh fractures.Results Postoperative follow-up time ranged from 8 to 15 months with an average of 12 months.All cases got the osseous healing,the average healing time was nine weeks.According to Gartland/werley wrist point score: 32 cases were "best",10 cases "better",12 cases "good",but "poor" in 1;the excellent and good rate was 76.4%.Conclusion Locking compression plate for treating severely comminuted distal radius fracture was effective for fracture restoration,and provided constant,strong fixed to maintain the radius height,the parameter of palmar inclination and ulnar inclination.
