督脉电针促进脊髓挫伤后神经干细胞的激活

摘    要:目的探讨督脉电针对脊髓挫伤大鼠内源l蝣申经干细胞的激活作用以及对大鼠神经功能的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为2组(n=5):单纯脊髓挫伤组和脊髓挫伤后督脉电针组。单纯脊髓挫伤组建模成功后不给予其任何干预,对电针组大鼠则给予督脉电针刺激,然后用免疫荧光组织化学检测2组大鼠损伤区的nestin阳性细胞反应情况,用Western blot检测2组大鼠损伤头端2mm脊髓nestin的表达情况,用BBB评分评估2组大鼠运动功能的恢复。结果脊髓挫伤后电针组大鼠损伤区nesfin阳性细胞增加数目及损伤头端nestin的表达都多于单纯脊髓挫伤组及正常对照,差异有统计学意义。电针组BBB评分改善优于单纯脊髓挫伤组。结论督脉电针能够促进促进脊髓挫伤后内源性神经干细胞的增生及促进大鼠神经功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate effects of goremor vessel electroacupuncture on activation of endogenous neural stem cells and on promoting functional recovery after contusive spinal cord injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=5), the model group and the acupuncture group. Rats in the model group without any other treatment, the acupuncture group were treated by goremor vessel electroacupuncture after operation. Then the nestin positive cells in injury spinal cords were stained by the immunohistochemical method. And the expression of nestin was tested by Western blot. The hindlimb locomotive functions of the rats were observed and recorded with BBB score. Results The nestin positive cells and nestin expression in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than the model group. BBB score showed that the recovery of locomotion of hind limbs in the acupuncture group was better than that in the model group. Conclusion Goremor vessel electroacupuncture can activate endogenous neural stem cells and promote functional recovery after contusive spinal cord injury.
