子宫内膜癌癌组织叉头框蛋白C1表达的水平及意义*

摘    要:目的 :探讨子宫内膜癌癌组织叉头框蛋白C1( FOXC1)表达的水平及其意义。方法: 回顾性分析2015 年1 月至2018 年3 月间重庆市江北区中医院收治的100 例子宫内膜癌患者、20 例非典型子宫内膜增生患者和20 例子宫肌瘤患者临床资料,采用免疫组织化学方法检测FOXC1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平,分析FOXC1与患者临床病理特征间的关系。结果: 子宫内膜癌癌组织FOXC1阳性率显著高于癌旁组织、非典型子宫内膜增生及正常子宫内膜。癌旁组织FOXC1阳性率显著低于非典型子宫内膜增生,但与正常子宫内膜阳性率差异无统计学意义。非典型子宫内膜增生FOXC1阳性率显著高于正常子宫内膜。子宫内膜癌患者不同病理类型、宫颈是否受累、附件是否受累患者FOXC1阳性率差异无统计学意义,但分化程度低、病理分期高、受累肌层多以及盆腔淋巴结转移患者FOXC1阳性率显著升高。结论: FOXC1表达水平与子宫内膜癌的发生和进展关系密切。

Expression level of forkhead box protein C1 in endometrial cancer tissues and its significance*
Abstract:Objective To explore the expression level of forkhead box protein C1 ( FOXC1) in endometrial cancertissues and its significance. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with endometrial cancer, 20 patients withatypical endometrial hyperplasia and 20 patients with uterine fibroids admitted from January 2015 to March 2018 inJiangbei District Traditional Hospital of Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed. Immunochemical methodwas used to detect FOXC1 expression level in endometrial cancer tissues, and its relationship with clinicopathologicalfeatures was analyzed. Results The positive rate of FOXC1 in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly higherthan that in adjacent tissues, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium. The positive rate of FOXC1in adjacent tissues of endometrial cancer was significantly lower than that in atypical endometrial hyperplasia,andthere was no significant difference with positive rate in normal endometrium. The FOXC1 positive rate in atypicalendometrial hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium. The difference in the rate ofpositive FOXC in patients with endometrial cancer, regardless of different pathological types of patients and ofwhether the cervix and adnexa were involved, was not statistically significant. However, the rate of positive rateof FOXC of patients with low degree of differentiation, high pathological stage, more affected muscle layer andpelvic lymph node metastasis was significantly increased. Conclusion Expression of FOXC1 is closely related to theoccurrence and progression of endometrial cancer.
