中医护理肝硬化腹水研究进展

中医护理肝硬化腹水患者从辨证施护、辨证施膳、辨证施技、情志调护、中药调护等方面着手,不仅可缓解患者的临床症状,也能提高其生活质量。但是,目前的研究大都针对肝硬化腹水患者症状的改善,随着医学模式的转变,传统的生物医学模式逐渐发展为生物-心理-社会医学模式,更加强调人的整体性。今后,中医护理应加强与现代医学模式相结合,发挥中西医结合的优势,对尚未形成统一的肝硬化腹水中医护理质量标准和护理体系进一步完善。

Research Progress of TCM Nursing of Cirrhotic Ascites

In terms of treating patients with cirrhosis ascites,syndrome differentiation and nursing,syndrome differentiation and diet,syndrome differentiation and technique,emotional nursing,Chinese medicinal nursing,etc.can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improve their quality of life.However,most of the current studies focus on the improvement of symptoms of patients with cirrhosis ascites.With the change of medical model,the traditional biomedical model has gradually developed into a bio-psycho-social medical model,which emphasizes more on the integrity of human beings as a whole.In the future,TCM nursing should be combined with modern medical mode,and the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine should be brought into play.The quality standard and nursing system of TCM nursing for cirrhotic ascites which has not yet formed a unified system should be further improved.
