B超诊断盆腔炎性包块的临床价值

目的探究B超诊断盆腔炎性包块的临床价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月山东省嘉祥县人民医院收治的76例疑似盆腔炎性包块患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行B超诊断及对症抗感染治疗,10 d后再次行B超诊断,统计B超诊断结果,并分析误诊原因。结果76例疑似盆腔炎性包块患者中,确诊74例,误诊2例;74例确诊患者中,盆腔脓肿16例,卵巢囊肿19例,输卵管积水7例,输卵管脓肿10例,附件炎性肿块22例;误诊是由于B超图像分析结果所致。结论B超诊断盆腔炎性包块的临床价值较高,但也存在误诊情况,临床应结合患者病史及其他相关检查予以确诊,以对提高盆腔炎性包块的诊断准确度。

The Value of B-ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Pelvic Inflammatory Mass

Objectives Explore the clinical value of B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory mass.Methods A total of 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory mass admitted to the Jiaxiang County People’s Hospital in Shandong Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed with B-ultrasound and treated with symptomatic anti-infective therapy,and 10 days later,they were again given B-ultrasound.Diagnose,count B-ultrasound diagnosis results,and analyze the reasons for misdiagnosis.Results Of the 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory mass,74 were diagnosed and 2 were misdiagnosed;of the 74 confirmed patients,16 were pelvic abscess,19 were ovarian cysts,7 were hydrosalpinx,10 were tubal abscess,and 22 were accessory inflammatory masses.Example:The misdiagnosis is due to the results of B-ultrasound image analysis.Conclusions B-ultrasound diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory mass has a high clinical value,but there are also misdiagnosis.The clinical diagnosis should be made based on the patient's medical history and other related examinations to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory mass.
