八段锦防治颈椎病研究进展

八段锦具有舒经活络、改善循环、调理五脏六腑的功效,对人体的运动系统、神经系统、心血管系统等均具有良好的调节作用,可以防治颈型颈椎病、神经根型颈椎病、椎动脉型颈椎病、脊髓型颈椎病、交感型颈椎病等。八段锦功法由站式和坐式两大部分组成,目前的研究普遍采用站式八段锦,对坐式研究甚少,且缺乏相关高质量的前瞻性研究及随机对照实验,针对防治颈椎病的每一式运动的作用机制的中西医基础研究尚少。应用八段锦防治颈型、神经根型颈椎病的研究较多,对于椎动脉型、脊髓型、交感型颈椎病的相关研究甚少。八段锦与其他传统导引功法在防治颈椎病上疗效有无区别,优势与不足如何体现,尚缺乏可靠的循证医学证据。今后,还需要加强基础研究,根据颈椎病分型完善防治方案。

Research Progress of Eight-Section Brocade in Prevention and Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Eight-section brocade has the effects of relaxing meridians and activating collaterals,improving circulation and regulating the five zang-organs and six Fu organs.It has a good regulatory effect on the human body's motor system,nervous system and cardiovascular system.It can prevent and treat cervical spondylosis(CS)of cervical type,CS of nerve root type,CS of vertebral artery type,CS of spinal cord type and CS of sympathetic type.Eight-section brocade is composed of two parts:standing style and sitting style.At present,the research generally focuses on standing style,and there is little research on sitting style,and there is no relevant high-quality prospective research and randomized controlled experiment.The basic research of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the mechanism of each section of movement in the prevention and treatment of CS is still few.There are many studies on the application of eight-section brocade in the prevention and treatment of CS of cervical type and nerve root type,but few studies on vertebral artery type,spinal cord type and sympathetic type.There is no reliable evidence about the difference between eight-section brocade and other traditional conduction exercises in the prevention and treatment of CS.In the future,we need to strengthen the basic research and improve the prevention and treatment programs according to the classification of CS.
