吞噬细胞与多发性硬化相关性的研究进展

摘    要:多发性硬化是一种有关中枢神经系统的慢性炎性脱髓鞘和神经退变性疾病,以炎症反应、脱髓鞘、轴突丢失和反应性神经胶质增生等为主要病理特征。多发性硬化涉及免疫和中枢神经两大系统,其中在免疫系统中有固有免疫系统和适应性免疫系统参与。而吞噬细胞是固有免疫系统里重要的组成部分,是介导多发性硬化免疫应答的主要效应细胞,既参与多发性硬化发病早期阶段的炎症反应、组织损伤,也涉及疾病后期阶段的抗炎反应、神经组织修复。本文主要阐述吞噬细胞与多发性硬化的相关性以及目前以吞噬细胞为靶向对多发性硬化治疗的指导意义。

Abstract:Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory demyelination and neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system,characterized by inflammation response,demyelination,axonal loss and reactive gliosis.Multiple sclerosis involves two major systems,the immune system and the central nervous system,in which the innate immune system and the adaptive immune system are involved.As an important part of the innate immune system,phagocytes are the main effector cells mediating the immune response of multiple sclerosis.They participate not only in the inflammatory response and tissue damage in the early stage of multiple sclerosis,but also in the anti-in?flammatory response and nerve tissue repair in the later stage of the disease.This review focuses on the correlation between phagocytes and multiple sclerosis and the current guiding significance of targeting phagocytes in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
