摘    要:原发性耳鸣的发病机制与多个脑网络中不同脑区的神经可塑性改变密切相关.由于长期异常信号的输入,细胞膜发生变化,突触活动发生改变,造成神经敏感性改变,逐渐引起中枢神经元的重塑.视觉网络、听觉网络、默认网络的各个脑区的中枢可塑性改变可能是耳鸣形成和维持的原因.西医、中医、中西医结合治疗均可改变各脑网络中不同脑区的神经兴奋性与...

Abstract:Pathogenesis of primary tinnitus is closely related to plasticity changes in different brain regions of multiple neural networks.Long-term abnormal signal input causes changes in cell membrane and synaptic activities,resulting in changes of neural sensitivity and remodeling of neural centers.The formation and maintenance of tinnitus may be due to plasticity changes in the visual,auditory as well as the default mode networks.Scholars have proposed different neural function models for tinnitus.Excitability of different brain regions and their connections can be modulated by western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine approaches,aimed at modulating brain plasticity.Changes in brain plasticity can be observed using latest neuroimaging technologies.
