腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝不同补片固定方式探讨

目的分析腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中不同补片固定方式的有效性。方法选择2013年12月至2018年12月在武警北京市总队医院接受腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝修补术的患者为研究对象。依照使用补片方式不同,将其分为A组(144例)以及B组(118例)、C组(90例)。A组受试者用3D免固定补片,B组受试者使用钉合固定平片,C组使用医用胶胶合固定疝补片分析结果,比较三组患者的术中及术后情况。结果和B组、C组相比,A组手术时间更短,术后半年、1年与2年慢性疼痛发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。A组患者没有出现异物感与慢性疼痛感。结论在腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术中应用3D免固定补片,能够降低患者术后中远期慢性疼痛与异物感的发生概率。

Laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair for the treatment of inguinal hernia with different fixation methods

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia with different mesh fixation methods.Methods Patients who underwent laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair in Hospital of Beijing Municipal Corps,Chinese People’s Armed Police Force from December 2013 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.According to different methods of using mesh,they were divided into group A(144 cases),group B(118 cases)and group C(90 cases).Subjects in group A were treated with 3 D non-fixation mesh,subjects in group B were treated with nail fixation flat mesh,and subjects in group C were treated with medical adhesive fixation hernia mesh,the intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with group B and group C,patients in group A had shorter operation time.6 months,1 year and 2 years of group A had significantly lower incidence of chronic pain(P<0.05).During the follow-up period of two years after,group A no foreign body sensation,and chronic pain patients.Conclusion For in laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair in patients,application of 3 D from fixed patch can reduce the patient after the operation,the probability of long-term chronic pain and foreign body sensation,worthy of further promotion.
