Risk factors of Endometrial Cancer in Patients Receiving Endocrine Therapy after Breast Cancer Surgery

【Objective】To analyze the risk factors of endometrial cancer in patients undergoing endocrine therapy after breast cancer surgery.【Methods】The clinical data of 288 patients with endometrial lesions after endocrine therapy in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different types of lesions,they were divided into endometrial polyps group(n=209),endometrial hyperplasia group(n=47)and endometrial carcinoma group(n=32).The risk factors of endometrial cancer were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】There were significant differences in age,endometrial thickness,menopause and abnormal uterine bleeding among the three groups(P<0.05);endometrial thickness,menopause and abnormal uterine bleeding were independent risk factors for endometrial cancer in patients receiving endocrine therapy after breast cancer surgery(P<0.05);when endometrial thickness≥7.760 mm,the sensitivity of predicting endometrial cancer was 59.4%,the specificity was 73.9%,the sensitivity of menopause and abnormal uterine bleeding in predicting endometrial cancer was 75.0%and 71.9%respectively.The specificity was 39.1%and 24.5%respectively.【Conclusion】Menopause,abnormal uterine bleeding and endometrial thickness≥7.760 mm were independent risk factors for endometrial cancer in patients receiving endocrine therapy after breast cancer surgery.
