Clinical experience and effect of negative pressure wound treatment technology in the treatment of chronic wounds

Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure wound treatment in chronic wounds.Methods 56 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Tianjin Wuqing Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to therandom number table,28 patients in each group were named as the control group.The remaining patients were named as experimental group,and the experimental group was given negative pressure wound treatment.The average skin grafting time,average healing time,average total hospitalization cost and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,the average skin graft time,average healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the conventional group,the average total hospitalization cost of the experimental group were less than those of the conventional group,the VAS pain score of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tthe application of negative pressure wound treatment technology in chronic wounds has a significant effect,which can shorten the skin grafting time,healing time,reduce hospitalization expenses and pain,and the patients'pain is lighter,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
