| 摘 要： | 护理质量是护理服务的根本,根据ISO9000标准,全员参与护理质量管理,建立、健全了医院护理质量管理体系,并应用认证标准,强化质量管理意识,有效控制环节质量,使护理管理行为和服务行为规范化、制度化和法制化,提高了医院的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | The quality of nursing is the basis of nursing service.Based on ISO9000 system,we established and perfected the nursing quality management system and motivated all the staff to participate in the management.Applying the system,we strengthened the consciousness of quality management,controlled the process management effectively,which made the behaviors of nursing management and nursing service to be standardized,systematic and legalized,and improved both of the social and economic benefit of hospital. |
