抗肿瘤药物经济学方法学研究浅析

随着污染等问题日趋严重,各种肿瘤的发病率日益快速增长。肿瘤正成为世界头号"杀手疾病",而抗肿瘤药物成为了国内外医药企业关注和角逐的热点。为了有效控制抗肿瘤药的定价及利润空间,从而有效控制肿瘤治疗费用,抗肿瘤药物的药物经济学研究也日益受到广泛关注。本文笔者统计分析了近几年来发表的抗肿瘤药物经济学文献,针对疗效评估及不良反应方面存在的一些不足,提出自己的观点并加以论证,旨在为日后药物经济学研究的开展提供参考和支持。

An Analysis of Methodology Research on Anti-tumor Pharmacoeconomics

With the environmental pollution and other problems being serious, the morbidity rate of all kinds of malignant tumor increased rapidly. Malignant tumor has been the top killer in various diseases, and anti-tumor drugs have already been the hot pointson which domestic and foreign medical enterprises focused. In order to control the price and the profit margin of these drugs, so as to control the treatment costs effectively, people paid more attentions on the pharmacoeconomics researches on anti-tumor drugs. In order to give a help to further research on pharmacoeconomics, we analysed the pharmacoeconomics documents on anti-tumor drugs published in recent years, and proved and demonstrated some ideas about assessment of efficacy and adverse effects.
