同型半胱氨酸与心脑血管疾病的发生及相关因素分析

探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与心脑血管疾病发生及相关因素的关系.对54名健康志愿者(对照组)和128例脑卒中、脑梗死、心绞痛和急性心肌梗死患者人院时测定血浆Hey水平,血清TC和TG水平,并分析其他心脑血管疾病的危险因素,包括性别、年龄、高血压史和吸烟史.结果表明脑卒中组、脑梗死组、心绞痛组和急性心梗组Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在四组中Hcy的阳性率明显高于TG、TC;Hcy水平与性别、高血压史、糖尿病史及吸烟史之间均无相关(P>0.05).Hcy对心脑血管事件的发生有预测作用,血浆Hcy水平的测定应作为心脑血管疾病预防和治疗观察的常规指标.

Investigation on Homocysteinemia and the Occurrence and Related Factors of Cardiocerebral Vascular Disease

To investigate the relationship between homocysteinemia(Hcy) and the occurrence and the related factors of cardiocerebral vascular disease,the plasma Hcy and serum TC,TG levels were detected in 128 patients with stroke,cerebral infarction,angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 54 healthy controls.The other information of patients including sex,age,hyperpiesia and smoke history was investigated.The results showed that the plasma Hcy level in patients with stroke,cerebral infarction,angina pectoris and AMI was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of Hcy in those patients was higher than that of TG and TC.There was no correlation between the plasma Hcy levels and age,hyperpiesia and smoke history of patients(P>0.05).The plasma Hcy level was useful to predict the occurrence of cardiocerebral vascular disease.The detection of plasma Hcy could be regarded as routine test in the prophylaxis and observation after treatment of cardiocerebral vascular disease.
