| 摘 要： | 对我国精神科病房实施开放式管理的方法、效果和问题进行综述。开放式管理可改善精神病病人的心理状态,提高临床疗效,改善其社会功能,提高生活质量,但存在自杀、出走等风险。今后应强化安全意识,建立、健全制度,完善开放式管理方法。

| Abstract: | This article reviewed the methods,effect and problems of open-management for psychiatric ward in China.Open-management can improve patients' recovery.social funetion and qual ty of life.On the other hand,there are some risk factors of open-management,such as suicide aud escape.It is suggested to streugtheu safety management,modify rules and regulations and improve the methods of open-management for psychiatric patients. |
