| 摘 要： | 本文对精浆果糖的代谢、测定技术及临床应用进行了简单的介绍。精浆果糖是精囊的特征产物,是血糖通过酶促转化而产生的,是精子活动能量的主要来源,临床上多采用间苯二酚比色法测定精浆中果糖的含量;精浆果糖参与了精子内获能和受精,其含量与活动精子数量、精子在活动力或运动能力呈明显相关,是评价精囊功能和判断男性生育力的指标之一。

Seminal fructose is one typical product from seminal vesicle which is regularly determinate with the method of phenol colorimetry and is one of the index of sperm function. |
