昆虫钠通道的研究及其应用

摘    要:电压门控钠通道对可兴奋细胞动作电位的产生和传递是必需的,也是许多天然神经毒素和昆虫杀虫剂的靶标。随着许多昆虫的钠通道基因被成功的克隆和体外的成功表达,对昆虫钠通道的分子结构和药理特性有了进一步的认识,为杀虫剂的筛选和利用奠定了理论基础。着重介绍昆虫钠通道结构特征和作为杀虫剂靶标的作用机制。

Abstract:Voltage-gated sodium channels are essential for the generation and propagation of action potentials in excitable cells, and also targets of neurotoxins and insecticides. Our knowledge about molecular characterization and pharmacology of insect sodium channels is derived from their gene cloning and successful expression in Xenopus. In this review, we discuss the structures of insect sodium channels and the interactions between insect sodium channels and insecticides.
