石斛治疗实验性大鼠萎缩性胃炎的医学研究

目的探讨石斛治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效及其机制。方法用氨水、乙醇和去氧胆酸钠灌胃法,制成大鼠CAG模型。造模后治疗组以石斛治疗5周,观察血胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)和胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)的变化情况,并与模型组和对照组比较。结果石斛治疗组治疗前SS、GAS和PGE2分别为7.95±2.14 ng/L,216.13±77.21 ng/L,1435.10±200.53 pg/mp,均较对照组低(P<0.01),治疗后分别为9.58±1.01 ng/L,328.53±84.74 ng/L,1715.66±125.49 pg/mp;治疗后除SS外,各观察指标水平均较治疗前高(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论石斛可使GAS和PGE2增多,对CAG有良好的治疗作用。

Study on the Dendrobium for treatment of atrophic Gastritis in Experimental rats

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of dendrobium for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Methods The rat of C.AG model was made by pouring ammonia water,alchol and sodium deoxycholate into stomach. The treatment group were given dendrobium for five weeks. The blood gastrin（GAS）, somato statin （SS） and prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） were observed. They were compared with control group. Results the SS,GAS and PGE2 in treatment group were 7.95±2.14（ng/l）,216.3±77.21（ng/1）and1435.10±200. 53（ng/l）respectively before treatment,which were lower than those in control group（ P〈0.01）, the SS,GAS and PGE2 in therapy group were 9. 58±1.01（ng/l） ,328. 53±84.74（ng/l）and1715.66±125.49（ng/l） respectively after the treatment. All the standers were higher after the treatment except the SS（ P 〈0.01）, while there is no difference between the treatment group and control group（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The dendrobium can increase the level of GAS and PGE2. it is effective to the treatment of CAG.
