摘    要:采用细胞内脂褐素测定和体外神经细胞培养这两个基本指标观察了人胎脑组织提取液(Fetalbrainextracts,FBE)的抗衰老作用。分析表明:FBE中分子量小于20kDa的组份能预防老龄小鼠脑神经元内脂褐素沉积,该预防作用的原因之一是FBE能提高脑细胞线粒体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。FBE加入人胚神经细胞培养体系中能促进神经元生长和防止神经突起萎缩。FBE有可能成为治疗中枢神经系统变性疾患尤其帕金森病的神经保护药物。

Abstract:Antiaging fractions in human Fetal Brain Extracts (FBE) were studied and the results indicated that the MW<20000 fractions of FBE might halt the lipofuscin collecting in the aged mouse neurocyte. The mechauism suggested was FBE might enhance glutathione peroxidase activities in the mitochondria of the aged mouse neurocyte. FBE might promoted the growth of neurocyte and prevent the process of atrophy when human embryonic neurocytes were added in the culture in vitro. It is suggested that FBE might be used as a potential neuroprotection in clinical trials for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease.
