| 摘 要： | 目的研究提高西洛他唑溶出度的方法。方法使用球磨机制备西洛他唑微粉化混合物,并以此添加适合的辅料制备片剂。结果经测定制剂的溶出度达到《中国药典》要求。初步稳定性试验,结果表明本品稳定。结论该制备方法简单可行,溶出度合格。

| Abstract: | AIM To improve the dissolution of cilostazol tablet.METHODS The micronized cilostazol was prepared by using ball mill.Some suitable adjuvants were used to prepare the micronized cilostazol tablets.RESULTS The disintegration tests suggested that the dissolution of micronized cilostazol tablets conformed to the requirement of Ch.P 2005.The stability of the preparation was studied,and the results showed that the product was stable.CONCLUSION The preparation procedure was simple and feasible.The dissolution of cilostazol was up to the standard. |
