基于全国护士执业资格考试的高职护理专业教学改革

目的：探索提高高职护理专业学生职业能力和全国护士执业资格考试（护考）通过率的路径。方法：在深入研究2011年护考大纲的基础上,重新编写教材、拟定授课计划、改革教学方法和考试方法。结果：护理专业学生的职业能力及护考通过率明显提高。2011年723名毕业生参加护考,709人通过,通过率达98.06%；2012年780名毕业生参加护考,777人通过,通过率达99.62%。结论：结合护考大纲进行教学改革可以提高学生的职业能力和护考通过率。

Discussion on the teaching reform in higher vocational nursing specialty based on Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse

Objective：To find out ways of improving the nursing students′professional ability and the pass rate in Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse（CLEN） in higher vocational colleges. Methods：On the basis of studying 2011 CLEN syllabus,we recompiled the textbook, redrew up the teaching plan and reformed the teaching and examination methods. Results：The nursing students′professional ability and CLEN pass rate improved significantly. In 2011,709 of the 723 graduates who had participated in CLEN passed the examination,with a pass rate of 98. 06%;and in 2012,777 of the 780 graduates who had participated in the CLEN passed,with a pass rate of 99. 62%. Conclusions：The teaching reform based on CLEN syllabus can improve the students′professional ability and their pass rate in CLEN.
