| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）的疗效。方法：对134例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的BPH患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：134例术后均痊愈,术后随访3个月,国际前列腺症状评分、最大尿流率、生活质量评分及膀胱残余尿量均较术前有明显改善（P〈0.01）,疗效满意,未出现严重并发症。结论：经尿道前列腺电切术治疗BPH是一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effects of transurethal resection of postate（ TURP） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH）. Methods： The clinical data of 134 patients with BPH treated with TURP were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All patients were followed up for 3 months,and cured. The international prostate symptom score,maximum flow rate,life quality score and residual urine volume were significantly improved after operation（ P〈0. 01）. The curative effect is good,and no serious complication was found. Conclusions： The TURP treating BPH is an effective and safe means. |
