认知行为疗法干预医学生网络成瘾行为的效果评价

摘    要:目的:探讨认知行为疗法(CBT)对网络成瘾(IA)医学生的干预效果。方法:将58名IA医学生分为对照组30名和观察组28名,对照组日常进行一般的说服教育和管理;观察组以CBT为构架,设计方案,进行认知和行为训练干预,每周2次,每次1.0—1.5h,共计10周。运用SCL-90症状自评量表评估2组学生干预前后的心理健康状况。结果:CBT干预后观察组干预有效率为82.14%,明显高于对照组的13.33%(P〈0.01),2组干预前各项指标评分差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组干预后在心理总分、强迫、精神病性、人际关系等方面评分均较干预前和对照组明显改善(P〈0.01),对照组干预后心理总分、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和敌对评分亦均较干预前有所改善(P〈0.05-P〈0.01)。而躯体化、恐怖、偏执和精神病性各因子评分干预前后差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:CBT干预对于IA医学生戒除网瘾和促进心理健康具有积极作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on the intervention of internet addiction (IA) behavior of medical students. Methods:Fifty-eight medical students with IA were divided into the observation group and control group (30 cases each group). The routine persuasion, education and management and cognitive and behavioral intervention under CBT framework two times a week, each time 1.0 to 1.5 hours for 10 weeks were implemented in the control group and observation group, respectively. The mental health status in two groups were evaluated using SCL-90 symptom checklist before and after intervention. Results:The intervention effectiveness in observation group (82.14%) was significantly higher than that in control group ( 13.33% ) (P 〈 0. 01 ) ,the differences of the factorial scores in two groups before the intervention were not statistically significant( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with the control group and before intervention, the scores of psychology, compulsivity, psychosis and interpersonal relationship in observation group were obviously improved after CBT ( P 〈 O. O1 ). Compared with before intervention, the scores of psychology, compulsivity ,psychosis, interpersonal relationship, dumps, anxiety and hostility in control group were were obviously improved after intervention(P 〈0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ), the differences of somatization, terror, bigotry and psychosis scores in the control group were not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions: The CBT play a positive role on stopping IA and promoting the mental health of medical students.
