2008～2012年沿淮某市甲乙类传染病流行趋势分析

目的：分析2008～ 2012年沿淮某市甲乙类传染病疫情动态和流行特征.方法：利用疾病监测信息报告管理系统的疫情资料,对2008～2012年沿淮某市甲乙类传染病进行分析.结果：2008～2012年沿淮某市甲乙类传染病年平均发病率为241.51/10万;死亡60例,年平均死亡率0.35/10万;病死率0.14％.甲乙类传染病总发病率呈下降趋势,发病以血源及性传播传染病和呼吸道传染病为主,二者占发病总数的77.56％.结论：病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、痢疾、疟疾、麻疹是沿淮某市传染病防治的工作重点,同时应进一步关注和控制血源及性传播传染病和呼吸道传染病.

The epidemic trend analysis of category A and B infectious diseases from 2008 to 2012 in a city along Huai River

Objective：To analyze the dynamic status and epidemic characteristics of category A and B infectious diseases from 2008 to 2012 in a city along Huai River. Methods：The category A and B infectious diseases were analyzed by the data of disease surveillance information system from 2008 to 2012. Results：The annual average incidence rate of category A and B infectious diseases was 241.51/ 100 000 from 2008 to 2012 in a city along Huai River. Sixty cases died, the annual average mortality rate of which was 0.35/100 000. The fatality rate was O. 14%. The overall incidence rate of category A and B infectious disease tended to decrease, the hematogenous sexually transmitted infection and respiratory infection diseases were major, which accounted for 77. 56% of total incidence. Conclusions：Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, dysentery, malaria, measles are the target infectious disease of prevention and control ,the hematogenous sexually transmitted infection and respiratory infection diseases should be further concerned and controlled.
