沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘急性发作疗效及对肺功能的影响

目的：观察沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘急性发作疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法：126例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组（各63例），对照组给予抗感染治疗，正规吸入皮质激素、吸氧。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用沙丁胺醇和布地奈德雾化吸入。结果：观察组患儿总有效率95.24%，对照组总有效率73.02%，观察组患儿治疗效果明显优于对照组（ P〈0.01）。2组患儿治疗后最高呼气流速变异率、肺活量和用力肺活量均较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.01），观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.01），但对照组治疗后第1秒用力呼气量较治疗前升高（P〈0.01）；2组患儿治疗后4项指标差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘急性发作，可以取长补短，提高疗效，是目前理想、安全、有效的联合用药方法。

The curative effect of albuterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma acute attack in children and its effect on pulmonary function

Objective：To observe the curative effects of Albuterol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma acute attack in children and its effects on pulmonary function. Methods：One hundred and twenty-six children were divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with anti-infection,and regular inhaling corticosteroids and oxygen,the observation group were treated with Salbutamol and Budesonide on the basis of the control group treatment. Results：The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 95. 24% and 73. 02%,respectively. The therapeutic effects of observation group were better than that of control group（P〈0. 01）. Compared with before treatment,the levels of peak expiratory flow rate,vital capacity and forced vital capality in two groups increased significantly（P〈0. 05）. The level of forced expiratory volume in one second of the observation group increased significantly after the treatment（P〈0. 01）,but the control group after treatment of the first second forced expiratory volume increased compared with before therapy（P〈0. 01）. The differences of indicators between two groups after the treatment were statistically significant（P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The treatment of Salbutamol combined with Budesonide can improve the clinical efficacy of children with asthma acute attack,which is the ideal,safe and effective therapy method.
