孕妇年龄、孕前体质量指数对新生儿体质量的影响

目的：探讨孕妇年龄、孕前体质量指数（BMI）对新生儿出生体质量的影响。方法：选取单胎初产妇537人作为研究对象，按孕妇年龄分为低龄组144人，适龄组289人，大龄组80人，高龄组24人；按孕妇孕前BMl分为肥胖组9人，过重组44人、标准组416人，过轻组68人。分别比较各组新生儿出生体质量情况、巨大儿发生率等情况。结果：低龄组孕妇分娩的新生儿出生体质量与高龄组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），适龄组、大龄组孕妇分娩的新生儿出生体质量均明显高于低龄组（P〈0．01）。孕前过重组和肥胖组孕妇分娩的新生儿体质量均明显高于标准组（P〈0．01），孕前过轻组孕妇分娩的新生儿体质量亦明显低于孕前标准组（P〈0．01）。结论：孕妇年龄、孕前BMI均与新生儿出生体质量有关。

The effect of maternal age and pre-pregnancy body mass index on the birth weight of newborns

Objective ：To investigate the effects of maternal age and pre-pregnancy body mass index （BMI） on the birth weight of newborns. Methods： Five hundred and thirty-seven primipara with singleton fetus were divided into low age group （144 cases）, appropriate age group （ 289 cases ）, older age group （ 80 cases） and advanced age group （ 24 cases ） according to the maternal age, and obesity group （ 9 cases）, over weight group （ 44 cases ） , normal weight group （ 416 cases ） and over light group （ 68 cases ） according to the pre-pregnancy BMI. The birth weight and incidence of macrosomia of newborns in all group were compared. Results ：The difference of neonatal weight between low age group and advanced age group was not statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the neonatal weight in appropriate age group and older age group were significantly higher than that in low age group（ P 〈0.01 ）. The neonatal weight in over weight group and obesity group were significantly higher than that in normal weight group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ,the neonatal weight in over light group was significantly lower than that in normal weight group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusious：The maternal age and prepregnancy BMI are related to the birth weight of newborns.
