不育症患者精子DNA完整性与精液相关参数的研究

目的：探讨不育症患者精子DNA完整性与精液相关参数的相关性。方法：收集100例男性不育患者的精液标本，采用精子染色体扩散实验检测精子DNA的完整性，采用混合抗球蛋白凝集实验检测抗精子抗体（ AsAb），通过计算机辅助精液分析系统对不育患者的精液进行常规分析。结果：年龄与精子DNA碎片率、AsAb和精液各参数均无相关关系（P〉0.05）。精子DNA碎片率与精子密度及精子活力均呈负相关关系（P〈0.01），与AsAb无相关关系（P〉0.05）。 AsAb仅与精子摆动性和前向性呈弱相关关系（P〈0.05）。结论：精子DNA完整性和AsAb作为精液分析的补充指标，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Research on the relationship between human sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters in male infertility

Objective：To explore the correlation between human sperm DNA integrity and related semen parameters in male infertility. Methods：Semen samples of male infertients（100 cases） were collected. Sperm chromatin dispersion experiment was used to detect the sperm DNA integrity, mixed agglutination reaction test was used to detect the sperm antibody and computer-aided semen analysis system was performed to detect the seminal parameters. Results：Age was independent of sperm fragmentation rate, semen parameters and anti-sperm antibody（P〉0. 05）. Sperm DNA fragmentation rate was negatively correlated with sperm density and sperm motility（P〈0. 01）. No significant correlation was found between DNA fragmentation rate and anti-sperm antibody（P〉0. 05）. Anti-sperm antibody was weakly correlated with wobble and straightness（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions：Sperm DNA integrity and anti-sperm antibody as the supplementary index of semen analysis have important clinical significance.
